Job Details

About the Experience Cafe on the Strip is a luxury British high tea served aboard a vintage double-decker bus as it tours the Las Vegas Strip. It's part meal, part show, part once-in-a-trip memory and the Server makes all of it happen. There's no separate host and no script to recite; your job is to deliver flawless, warm, attentive tea service and make every guest feel like the experience was built around them.

What You'll Do

Service (the heart of the role)

  • Deliver complete high tea service: pour and refresh teas, present courses, and guide guests through the menu (finger sandwiches, scones, pastries)
  • Assemble and stage tiered tea trays on board neatly, quickly, and beautifully, even while the bus is in motion
  • Own your section for the full tour, reading guests and pacing service so it never feels rushed or slow
  • Handle questions about the menu, the route, and the experience with confidence and charm

Setup & Breakdown

  • Set, stock, and stage the bus before each tour
  • Reset and break down service stations and trays after the tour
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and ready throughout service

Guest Moments & Photos

  • Spot and create the shareable moments offer to take guest photos, mark celebrations, and add the small touches that turn a tour into a memory and a 5-star review
  • Anticipate needs before guests ask

Premium Upsells

  • Introduce and sell Premium add-ons naturally and confidently, elevating the guest experience while driving revenue

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Have 1+ year of serving experience (upscale, hotel, or experiential hospitality a plus)
  • Are warm, polished, and genuinely enjoy hosting people
  • Stay calm, balanced, and graceful working on a moving vehicle for a full tour (standing, carrying trays, fine handwork in tight space)
  • Have a natural instinct for upselling without being pushy
  • Are available ThursdayMonday for the noon tour
  • Hold a valid Nevada food handler card (or can obtain one before your first shift)
  • Are reliable, punctual, and team-first

Why Work With Us

  • A one-of-a-kind role on a high-energy, premium-priced experience guests are already excited for
  • Tips on every tour
  • A single, predictable daily shift no late nights
