Tsukimi is a unique counter dining experience with 12 seats and offers a modern take on kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese dinner. We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working line cook with strong work ethic. Experience in Japanese ingredients and cuisine is preferred, but not required. Applicants should have legal working status, and have availability 5 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00PM-11PM. Starting p ay rate will be based on experience. As an intimate space, applicants should feel comfortable working in small spaces.
