Key Responsibilities
Guest-Centric Consulting: Connect with clients to understand their unique travel styles, budgets, and expectations, delivering a warm, personalized hospitality experience from day one.

Curate Travel Packages: Design comprehensive vacation itineraries that include hotel accommodations, resort stays, flights, ground transportation, and tailored local excursions.

Manage Group Events: Coordinate hospitality logistics for group travel, including destination weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and group tours.

Client Concierge Support: Serve as a dedicated point of contact, providing exceptional customer care, answering travel protocol questions, and offering real-time assistance during their trips.

Stay Current: Participate in ongoing training and travel vendor webinars to stay up-to-date on global hospitality trends, property renovations, and exclusive industry promotions.

Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated smartphone or smartphone access.

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time-management skills and the self-discipline to work independently in a remote environment.

Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, retail, or food and beverage is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.

Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
