Part-Time Janitor Needed

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Part-Time Janitor to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties in an office environment.

Job Duties:

Clean offices, restrooms, and kitchen areas
Sweep and mop floors
Vacuum office carpets
Clean bathroom fixtures, countertops, windows, and mirrors
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
Refill paper towel and toilet tissue dispensers
Assist with quarterly maintenance services, including:
Window washing
Carpet cleaning
Stripping and waxing tile floors

Requirements:

Must be available to clean building 11:00 AM 12:00 PM
Dependable and professional appearance
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 45 lbs.
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Reliable transportation and a valid state driver's license
Willingness to undergo a security background check
