Dar Restaurant and Bar is hiring cooks, line cooks, servers, and bartenders.

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Compensation: Based on role and experience

Located in downtown Los Gatos, Dar is a locally owned Mediterranean restaurant known for its warm hospitality, craft cocktails, weekend brunch, private events, live music, and beautiful dining spaces beneath the redwoods.

We're a small, hardworking team looking for dependable people who take pride in their work and want to grow with the restaurant.

OPEN POSITIONS

COOKS / LINE COOKS

For kitchen professionals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality and consistency.

Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
Organized and dependable during busy service
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

BARTENDERS

For hospitality professionals who enjoy great service, guest interaction, and craft cocktails.

Full-service restaurant bartending experience
Craft cocktail knowledge preferred
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Strong hospitality mindset

Leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

SERVERS

For people who enjoy hospitality and creating a welcoming experience for guests.

Restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Dependable and team-oriented
Interest in food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality
