Copper State Bolt & Nut is seeking a Receptionist for our Manufacturing branch to join our team. The position will be responsible for greeting, assisting and providing direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments
• Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries for distribution.
• Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Perform filing and recordkeeping.
• Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
• Always maintains confidentiality and discretion.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance.

Decision/Information Sharing and Communication

• Promptly relay messages and other information to employees

Physical Requirements

• This position will be performed at a desk/workstation in an office environment, with standard office equipment available
• The employee will occasionally be asked to lift boxes and/or stacks of documents, weighing up to 10 lbs.
• This position needs to frequently move about to access files and operate office machinery (including computers, laptops, copiers, scanners, printers, and telephones).

Spanish speaking a plus

Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm
