Banquet Server

Forsyth Country Club is a 111-year-old member owned Club located in Winston-Salem, NC, and is seeking highly motivated and experienced banquet and grill servers for its newly renovated banquet space. FCC completed $6 million in major facilities projects in 2023 to include a complete renovation of the clubhouse main level banquet facilities and kitchen, ladies member locker room, and employee locker rooms. As a member of the banquet and grill staff, food and beverage service is provided to members and their guests. Setting up and breaking down for events is also a job function. Position Summary:

Ensures member and guest satisfaction standards are consistently attained; Prepares event spaces for functions. Ensures member experience is executed at the highest level.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Requires an acute knowledge of service techniques
• Motivated, efficient in time management and decision-making
• Proficient with Point of Sale Systems. Computer skills required for electronic systems in place for inventory management and reporting functions
• Skilled at staff and member interaction, must have good communication skills and a dynamic, outgoing personality
• Ability to demonstrate proper banquet wine service

Education, Certification/License and Experience:

• High School Degree Required
• A minimum of two years service/bar experience preferred

Salary: From $15.00 per hour plus gratuity

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
