Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Prepares fruits and vegetables, following recipes and standards set by Properly Pressed
- Prepares fresh juices for customers
- FIFO inventory items and date and label inventory as needed
- Minimizes waste
- Upkeep of sanitary practices and quality control including the cleaning of all stations, tables, counters, utensils, oven, floors and trash
- Assists with inventory and maintaining storage areas
- Perform other duties, as assigned by manager
Qualifications and Characteristics:
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ServSafe Certified, preferred
- 1-2 years experience in food service prep
- A passion for organic and sustainability practices
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $19.00)
