Responsibilities:

• Prepares fruits and vegetables, following recipes and standards set by Properly Pressed
• Prepares fresh juices for customers
• FIFO inventory items and date and label inventory as needed
• Minimizes waste
• Upkeep of sanitary practices and quality control including the cleaning of all stations, tables, counters, utensils, oven, floors and trash
• Assists with inventory and maintaining storage areas
• Perform other duties, as assigned by manager

Qualifications and Characteristics:

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• ServSafe Certified, preferred
• 1-2 years experience in food service prep
• A passion for organic and sustainability practices

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $19.00)
