THE JOB:

As a Pastry Cook , you will create irresistible treats that delight our guests and transform their dining experience! Your passion for culinary artistry combined with your warm hospitality will set the stage for memorable moments that guests will cherish long after their visit. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Follow the methods of food preparation, baking method and techniques to properly prepare and serve desserts as instructed by the Chef

• Set-up and operate the workstation based on pars established by the Chef and follow station set-up organization

• Ensure food is stored and kept at proper holding temperatures through the use and reading of thermometers

• List the preparations that should be completed for each day the night before

• Monitor consistency of quality, presentation and flavor of each dish

• Assemble recipes without assistance

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the work area, utensils and equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Pastry experience, current culinary student, or culinary graduate preferred
