Overview:

The Ilas Restaurant Manager oversees all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality guest experiences, and a collaborative work environment. This role fosters a culture where all team members contribute to menu development, drink programs, and service standards while maintaining operational efficiency and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Manager on Duty during shifts, overseeing all FOH and bar operations.
  • Supervise and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and barbacks to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage table seating flow, reservations, and bar guest interactions to optimize the guest experience.
  • Uphold health, safety, and liquor compliance regulations, ensuring a clean and organized FOH and bar space.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to create seamless food and beverage pairings.
  • Lead the development and execution of seasonal cocktail menus with input from the bar team.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and proper portioning of all beverages.
  • Hire, train, and mentor the FOH team to maintain high service and hospitality standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, evaluations, and performance feedback.
  • Assist in scheduling and shift planning to optimize service coverage.
  • Support staff development by encouraging creative input and professional growth.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Track operational costs to support budget goals.
  • Implement systems to improve efficiency and reduce waste in service and bar operations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality (bar or FOH management preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Experience with beverage programming, mixology, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of local liquor and health regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basset, Food Handlers, Allergan Certificates
  • Managers Certificate a plus

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($24.00 - $30.00)
