Server Assistant

Saigon Sisters Restaurant is seeking an experienced Server Assistant to join our team for our upscale-casual dinner service in the West Loop. We are looking for a dynamic, polished individual who is a self-starter with a strong emphasis on service and attention to detail. To apply, please email your resume. Applicants must be 21 years or older with "open availability from 11:00 am to close" from Tuesday to Saturday (we are closed on Sundays, Mondays, and major holidays).

Responsibilities include:

*Tech-savviness is a must
*Providing exceptional customer service
*Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for guests
*Serve guests with friendliness and efficiency, following service steps and clearing tables for positive experiences
*Record orders accurately, process payments, and balance sales/receipts meticulously
*Supporting the owner and culinary team
*Assisting the lead server in ensuring guest satisfaction
*Coordinating communication between the lead server and kitchen team
*Cashier duties
