Loretto Pub And Grill is looking for a full time cook to join our team at in Loretto, PA. Preferred with experience but will train. Must have the willingness to learn and grow with us. Must be honest, creative and customer service oriented. Servsafe certification is a plus. RAMP certification a plus. Bartending and POS experience also a plus. Willing to cook, serve, clean and sanitize and stock supplies.

Job Description

We are seeking a Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare all served food

Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours

Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions

Follow standard recipes and special diet orders

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Qualifications:

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques - preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work well in teams
