Utility Worker Job Description We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness and order in our facility. This position is essential to ensuring a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors. Responsibilities Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors. Clean restrooms, dust furniture, and clean windows and mirrors. Collect and dispose of trash and recycling, ensuring proper waste disposal procedures are followed. Essential Skills Experience in production, housekeeping, cleaning, and janitorial duties. Ability to change light bulbs and perform minor maintenance tasks. Must maintain good attendance. Ability to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to tolerate loud noise and extreme temperatures (heat & cold) in the production areas. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety guidelines.
