What will be expected of you:

• Be active in continuous learning of sthe teps of service, food, and beverage knowledge
• Host/Hostess improves the dining experience through good leadership skills, hands-on approach, positive and proactive attitude
• Work in multiple outlets, which offer different dining experiences
• Greet every member and guest with a smile, escort members/guests to tables
• Maintain courteous and efficient operation of the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle requests and assist the restaurant team members
• Empowered to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occur

How do we determine your qualifications?

• Previous restaurant experience, preferred
• Passion for service and obsessed with organization
