Were seeking an experienced hospitality and beverage professional with a strong commitment to service, curiosity, and excellence. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for fine dining, a working knowledge of wine and spirits, and a desire to continue learning and growing within a dynamic and supportive team.

This is a hybrid position that combines sommelier duties (on and off the floor) with a full-time serving schedule. Its an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and developing an award-winning wine program, deepen their wine knowledge, and refine their leadership and service skills.

Depending on experience level, youll participate in our wine tastings and will be included in daily wine education and training. Well work together to build the skills needed to support our beverage program at a high level.

What were looking for:

• At least five years of front-of-house fine dining experience, with references
• Strong knowledge of fine wine and cuisine
• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
• Wine certifications are a plus
• Key employee or management experience is a plus

Details:

• Full-time position
• Dinner service only, Tuesday through Saturday
