THE JOB:

As a Slot Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming devices. You'll be responsible for repairing and rebuilding slot games, while also providing hands-on training for all gaming systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, all while delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to an unforgettable experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Repair slot machines and related equipment with a focus on customer service.

• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and move slot machines and devices as needed.

• Work with Slot Operations to keep everything running smoothly.

• Regularly check and repair machines in your area.

• Keep slot and storage areas clean and organized.

• Safeguard keys, tools, and equipment.

• Fill out all required documents clearly and accurately.

• Help with daily projects and maintenance on the slot floor.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Casino operations experience, or according to property requirement, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Knowledgeable of electronic and slot equipment

• Proficient in using a computers

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong problem solving and listening skills

• Ability to function and act independently

• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
