Maintenance Mechanics $28-$35/hr Days or Nights(+ Shift Diff) Job Description A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize the performance of equipment and machines across the facility. The role involves performing a variety of preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a fast turnaround time when machines and equipment breakdown. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including single-phase and three-phase motors, in plant equipment and conveyors. Perform general maintenance and repairs on the building as needed. Conduct electrical repairs on single-phase and three-phase power systems. Troubleshoot and fix control wiring and electrical systems in equipment. Inspect equipment and independently carry out corrective actions to ensure minimal equipment downtime. Follow safety protocols and proper repair practices consistently. Independently execute assigned equipment repairs and preventive maintenance tasks, including reviewing and implementing PM plans. Start each shift by reviewing the list of Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and participating in team meetings to plan and prioritize daily tasks. Respond to breakdowns and perform troubleshooting as needed. Essential Skills 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience with electrical schematics, electrical testing, mechanical equipment repairs, and blueprints. Experience with mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance. Single-phase and three-phase electrical motor experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of preventive maintenance strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr. Full insurance coverage, 401K, promote from within and room for growth across the country and locally. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in White Bear Lake,MN.
