Accredited Chef Laurent Tourondel is bringing his culinary expertise to Philadelphia with his new restaurant concept Terra Grill.
We are a group of passionate hospitality professionals with a profound sense of ownership and pride in all aspects of restaurant service. We are looking for talented and professional operations managers to join our opening team. We require honest, hardworking individuals that manage and mentor others with respect, empathy, and dignity. Experience with previous restaurant openings is preferred, but not required.
Skills/Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant experience
- Must love interacting with guests and building relationships
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality and service industry
- Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Restaurant scheduling, inventory and purchasing
- Ability to work full-time
- Conflict resolution
- Special event execution
- Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred
- Food Safety Knowledge
- Must have ServSafe Food Handlers license and must be RAMP certified
- Experience working with POS Systems
- Recruiting, staff education, and motivation
