Food Preparation and Cooking:

- **Plating Dishes:** Preparing and plating dishes according to the chef's standards.

- **Preparing Ingredients:** Washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients, including meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.

- **Cooking to Order:** Cooking menu items to order, using various cooking methods like grilling, frying, sauteing, baking, and boiling.

- **Following Recipes:** Adhering to standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.

Station Management and Cleanliness:

- **Setting Up and Stocking:**

Setting up and stocking the assigned station with necessary supplies and ingredients.

- **Maintaining Cleanliness:**

Keeping the station clean and organized throughout the shift, including cleaning equipment and utensils.

- **Inventory Management:**

Assisting with inventory checks and restocking ingredients as needed.

- **Food Safety:**

Ensuring proper food handling and storage practices to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Other Responsibilities:

- **Assisting Other Staff:** Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including sous chefs and prep cooks, to ensure smooth service.
