Fine Dining /Tavern Server

We are currently looking for Three (3) Servers Part and Full Time needed.

The Server that we are looking for must have these qualities

Providing Excellent Customer Service, Must be outgoing, Friendly, Organized, Detailed Orientated, Have Great Communication skills, and Must have the ability to adapt between Fine Dining and Tavern Dining.

Duties include

taking and fulfilling food and beverage orders, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Customer Service and Interaction:

- **Fulfilling Orders:**

Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately, checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction.

- **Handling Issues:**

Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

- **Providing Recommendations:**

Suggest menu items, appetizers, entrees, and drinks based on customer preferences.

- **Checking on Tables:**

Regularly check on customers to ensure their needs are being met and to offer refills or additional service.

- **Greeting and Seating:**

Greet customers warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure they are comfortable.

- **Taking Orders:**

Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders, making suggestions and answering questions.

Operational Duties:

- **Table Setting and Maintenance:** Set tables with appropriate linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.

- **Cleaning and Clearing Tables:** Clear used dishes and glassware, and ensure tables are clean and tidy.

- **Order Accuracy:** Accurately record and transmit orders to the kitchen and bar staff.

- **Payment Processing:** Process payments, ensuring accurate change and providing receipts.

- **Stock Management:** Keep track of supplies and inform management when items need to be restocked.

- **Teamwork:** Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

- **Sanitation and Safety:** Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
