for a full time Banquet Prep Cook. Preparing great food for our guests

is crucial to providing first class customer service. We offer flexible

be valued, and make a difference, apply today! As a Banquet Prep Cook on

our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include: Work

in designated station as set by Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef. Able to

organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders. Able to

produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for guests.

Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation

standards and food preparation checklist. Communicate any assistance

needed during busy periods and report any incidents to the Sous Chef to

ensure optimum service to guests. Wash and disinfect kitchen area,

workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment. Minimize waste

and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost. The position is

ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities: Previous

experience as a cook. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills. Dependability and regular
