The Client Travel Coordinator is a priority support position that is responsible for concierge-level client requests. This position requires the highest levels of relationship-building skills, customer service, organization, and work ethic in a fast-paced environment. This position will require you to work in the office located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Your schedule will be full-time, working 40 hours a week, which will include weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Schedule and follow up on ground transportation and catering
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Provide solutions while keeping costs in mind
  • Negotiate cost reductions and recover no-show fees
  • Accurately update client files
  • Notifications to FBO of expected services

Qualifications

The qualified candidates will have 2+ years of high-end customer service experience in a corporate environment.

  • Previous experience booking travel and reservations, with itinerary planning and coordination, is strongly preferred
  • Highly proficient in utilizing multiple internet, research, and purchasing tools
  • Understanding priorities and urgent requests as delegated by management
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations while developing a rapport with the client and its travelers
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to change
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, developing strategies and action plans, and implementing goals and objectives
