Our high-volume kitchen will deliver exceptional culinary experiences, ranging from fine dining to exclusive private events. We are seeking experienced Dishwasher/Stewards to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Dishwasher/Steward, you are the backbone of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation. You'll ensure our kitchen and dish areas remain spotless, organized, and fully operational during high-volume service. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of hygiene and presentation that Palace Poker is known for. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, floors, walls, and waste disposal areas. Collect and remove trash and recycling according to schedule. Assist with restocking of clean kitchen equipment and wares. Support cooks and chefs as needed during busy shifts (e.g., retrieving ingredients or equipment). Monitor and report any broken equipment or hazardous conditions immediately. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Follow all club SOPs, health code requirements, and safety protocols Requirements: Minimum age requirement for this position is 21. Prior experience in a stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen support role preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
