As an AM Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. This position sets the tone for guest experiences by delivering quality food to start their day. You'll work in a collaborative kitchen environment with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and timely execution.

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role (hotel, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen preferred).

• Comfortable cooking breakfast items such as eggs, omelets, pancakes, and other hot line staples.

• Banquet breakfast prep experience is a plus.

Skills

• Strong understanding of breakfast service timing and guest expectations.

• Able to execute multiple orders at once with accuracy and consistency.

• Familiarity with safe food handling, prep standards, and kitchen sanitation.

• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Available to work early mornings , weekends, and holidays.

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Punctual and dependable—reliability is critical for AM shifts.

Certifications

• Valid Texas Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days of starting).
