Chatti by Chef Regi, a premium South Indian dining destination in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our leadership team.

Position: Floor Manager Type: Full-time Location: Midtown Manhattan Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations with professionalism and poise

• Lead and inspire a team of 30+ staff members across multiple service stations

• Ensure seamless service flow and exceptional guest experiences at all times

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to detail

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and reservations teams to manage floor logistics

• Handle guest feedback gracefully and resolve any service concerns swiftly

• Contribute to staff training, scheduling, and performance management

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in high-volume, upscale or fine-casual restaurants

• Bright, positive personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Hands-on, high-energy leader with an eye for detail and a drive for excellence

• Comfortable engaging with guests and delivering personalized hospitality

• Able to remain calm under pressure and manage high-paced floor operations

• Familiarity with South Indian or regional Indian cuisine is a plus
