Job Summary:To prepare and maintain the highest level quality of food and sanitation.
Position Reports To:Owner, Kitchen Manager
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparing and execution of Lunch/Dinner Menus, Specials, Special Events and Catering
Production of foods following recipes and guidelines for restaurant.
Assist Chef with quality control and consistency of production.
Maintaining organization of food storage, meet sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Work line shifts in assigned station.
Follow cleaning schedule for kitchen and storage areas.
Working Guidelines:
Direct contact with all owners, managers, and employees.
Act professionally and can be flexible in a changing environment.
Excellent attendance is required with schedule flexibility determined by business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Hourly based on experience ($22 plus)
