Pie Inc. is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time SERVERS and BARTENDERS to join our growing team!

We are a small but growing restaurant group that includes Palomino, Honeypie Cafe, Honeypie Bakeshop, and Comet Cafe. Were passionate about hospitality, food, and our communities and we're looking for people who share those values.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume full-service restaurant or equivalent hospitality/retail environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Excellent communication skills friendly, clear, and professional
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a willingness to keep learning
- Available for at least 2 shifts per week (part-time), including 1 weekend shift
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of a shift

What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain a clean, fully stocked station
- Deliver genuine, friendly, and attentive service
- Guide guests through our menu and dining experience
- Properly course food and drinks; monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Collaborate with other team members and leadership for smooth service
- Address guest concerns promptly and communicate with leadership as needed
- Follow safety procedures and allergy/dietary protocols
- Complete payment processing and closing tasks, including side work and cleaning
- Follow all Pie Inc. Steps of Service and uphold company standards
