THE JOB:

Are you a culinary innovator with a flair for creating memorable dining experiences? We want you to join our team as the Executive Restaurant Chef in our luxurious food court! In this role, you will lead the culinary operations, setting new standards for excellence in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Youll be responsible for designing and executing exceptional menus that delight our guests while showcasing the finest ingredients and culinary techniques. As the Executive Restaurant Chef, you will guide and inspire a talented team of Sous Chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high-performance.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Responsible for managing the food court kitchen to include performance feedback (coaching and counseling), recognition, employee satisfaction; quality hiring, promoting teamwork, and the succession planning process.

  • Oversees the daily operations in the food court kitchen to include fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and the execution and development of menu strategies to produce short-term and long-term profitability.

  • Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, pricing initiatives, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for the food court staff.

  • Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness within all areas of the kitchens .

  • Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and product quality.

  • Reacts to any feedback on guest complaints and takes any appropriate action.

  • Maintains excellent knowledge of propertys food & beverage products, menu items and equipment used to perform duties.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Two years prior relevant experience

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume or banquet kitchen preferred

  • Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays

VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$88,100.00 - $146,800.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Companys incentive plan.
