Salary Range: $21.59 - $23.52

Position Summary Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining a clean environment and providing general assistance during emergencies for the facilities assigned toJob Responsibilities Documents and provides updates on work performed.Performs detailed cleaning of all facilities. Disinfects, mops and vacuums as necessary. Removes trash, recyclables, regulated medical waste, restocks supplies and sanitizes surfaces. Coordinates work with occupants to minimize disruptions.Identifies and escalates potential problems and areas requiring special cleaning.Performs specialty cleaning of furniture, glass, kitchens, refrigerators, and exhibit cases.Monitors and reports all lighting issues.Education May varyExperience Approximately 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping or custodial services.

If role requires use of WCM vehicle for business use, must have valid New York State driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, verbally and in written form.Licenses and Certifications Working Conditions/Physical Demands Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings and/or late nights
