We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Cleanerto join our property management team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of our residential units, commercial spaces, and short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, and enjoys creating clean and welcoming environments for residents, guests, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and prepare

vacant apartmentsand commercial units after move-outs to ensure they are move-in ready.

- Maintain

common areassuch as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.

- Perform deep cleans of

Airbnb/short-term rental units, following checklists and standards to ensure guest-ready quality.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures.

- Dust windowsills, blinds, vents, baseboards, and furniture as needed.

- Remove trash and debris from units and common areas.

- Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) in designated areas when applicable.

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.

- Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule and complete tasks efficiently.

- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and cleaning standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior cleaning experience in apartments, commercial spaces, or hospitality is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.

- Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision.

- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

- Good physical stamina - able to bend, lift, and be on your feet for extended periods.

- Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties.

- Flexibility to adjust schedule or assignments based on company needs (occasional weekends or short-notice cleanings).
