They are looking for you, an experienced Customer Service Specialist , to join their fast-growing Voice division. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential and great benefits. What you get to do: Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors Handle incoming phone calls and emails Log equipment repairs in ERP, verify warranties, coordinate with vendors and service teams File warranty claims and prepare repair tickets for billing Manage shipping/receiving of products and provide tracking updates Monitor and maintain inventory based on sales trends and customer needs Assist with adding/removing equipment and customer renewals Update customer contact records Generate reports (e.g., WIP, aging, open POs) What you need to succeed: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inventory, shipping/receiving, or sales support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with ERP systems (Ormandy is a plus) Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion Experience working in an office environment preferred Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and move equipment when needed Why choose ExecuSource?
