Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. Have established practical experience of food production and preparation methods. Maintain food production methods. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensil operation with minimal supervision. Follow established recipe and menu guidelines. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation daily. Cleaning of all kitchen equipment daily. (The Lead Cook should be a position of leadership and help all aspects that a Chef D' Cuisine or Sous Chef needs on a day to day basis. A Lead Cook should have all the aspirations to become Sous Chef as a stepping stone to Chef D' Cuisine. A Lead Cook must show all qualities of a Sous Chef to maintain the highest standards and work hands on with the Sous Chefs and Chef D' Cuisine
