Performs mowing and trimming of public and private properties that have

been identified and/or sighted\

as a public nuisance.\

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\

Responsible for mowing and trimming areas based on complaints or public

nuisances that have\

not complied with City codes.\

Trash pick-up in areas where mowing occurs.\

Landscape maintenance.\

Assisting full time staff as assigned.\

These positions will work primarily day shift hours primarily from 9:00

am 2:00 pm with\

occasional extended hours required.\

POSITION COMPETENCIES\

Materials and equipment used: Zero Turn Lawn Mower; Push Lawn Mower;

Weed Eater and\

other hand tools and equipment as necessary.\

Ability to maintain calm and professional demeanor while interacting

with the public.\

Ability to follow work orders and instructions.
