**Duties:** Oversee kitchen sanitation and safety; implement HACCP systems and lead inspections; supervise daily food prep in hot/cold kitchens; manage food inventory and supplies; order food and materials, monitor pricing and costs; assist with menu planning; supervise butchering and sauce production; schedule and oversee kitchen staff; assist with catering and quality control; perform prep and other duties as needed.

**Requirements**: associate degree in food services or related field / vocational culinary school certificate; + 2 yrs experience in high-volume catering/food service. Must have ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.
