RESIDENTIAL CLEANER
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Residential Cleaner carries out specified tasks as indicated in the job description criteria and assigned by supervisor.
The Residential Cleaner will respond to service requests as necessary. The Residential Cleaner will work across multiple
residential programs including, but not limited to, residential program houses and the Women and Childrens residential
program in Albion. Projected opening date of facility: June 2025.
Duties include removal of trash and recyclables from individual offices and group areas, replenishing bags in trash cans,
wiping out cans, monitoring for cleanliness, dusting conference tables, chairs, window sills, door frames, book shelves,
file cabinets and other office equipment, clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, etc.), vacuum and mop floors. Will maintain a
working relationship with other employees at worksites, and clean, complete office duties and requests by supervisor.
Cleaner will adhere to confidentiality guidelines and regulations of the agency. Employee will not access these materials
as it does not relate to job assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
The Residential Operations Manager or his/her designee
Valid NYS drivers license and method of transportation required. Must be addiction free, including tobacco. Preemployment background check/post offer drug screening required. CARF and NHSC accredited. EOE
