Body Shop Receptionist:

Full Time

Job Summary:

The Receptionist / Cashier provides a professional, friendly impression to our collision center customers and visitors, and handles telephone messages and calls in a professional and efficient manner. The Receptionist-Cashier will also perform clerical duties to support the operation of daily business.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Greets Collision Center customers and determines the nature of their visit.
• Maintains a professional attitude with co-workers, customers, vendors.
• Prior Boby Shop and cashier experience would be a plus.
• Experience with multi-line phones, direct and screen calls, take and relay message
• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional and friendly appearance
• Directs customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting for and introduces the customer.
• Assists with clerical duties as required. Maintains privacy of customer information.
• Ability to fill out body shop tickets, warranties, etc.
