The Guest Experience Specialist will be the first impression for guests entering our Main Venue, vibrant outdoor courtyard (home to Rose and Rye), and Rooftop Socialour open-air rooftop bar with sweeping views, fire pits, and signature cocktails. This is a dynamic and highly visible position that goes far beyond traditional hosting. Youll be responsible for greeting guests, managing flow across three unique spaces, and supporting a variety of upscale events and activations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior at all times through knowledge of the company culture, organizational structure and general philosophy
- Welcome and engage all guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists across multiple venue spaces
- Direct and escort guests to appropriate areas: Rooftop Social, Courtyard, or the second-floor venue
- Communicate clearly with service teams, managers, and event coordinators to maintain smooth guest flow
- Serve as an informational guideexplaining current events, venue features, and guest options
- Monitor venue pacing, capacity, and transitions during high-volume periods or special events
- Support event operations including private parties, weddings, cocktail classes, music nights, and more
- Manage reservation system
- Maintain an elevated, well-groomed appearance aligned with the upscale brand of Arts Alley

Minimum
Qualifications
**-*****Education or Experience*****-**High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related hospitality experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**-*****Language Skills-***Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to: read, analyze and interpret general business documents, financial reports and government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Actively participates in discussions. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, customers and the general public.
**-*****Mathematical****Skills*****-**Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: read and interpret financial information and prepare budgets. Deal with a system of real numbers, probability and statistical inference. Apply fraction, percentage, ratio and proportion.
