What You'll Do: As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and safely. You'll be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the building and its systems, supporting production operations, and helping create a positive and professional environment. Your key responsibilities will include: -$20.00 to $30.00 hourly range depending on experience -Repairing and maintaining production and support equipment. -Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other facility systems. -Ensuring ceilings, walls, doors, and windows are in good repair and presentable. -Responding to on-call maintenance needs 24/7. -Supporting sanitation programs and managing recyclable and waste materials. -Assisting with CMMS and spare parts inventory management. -Performing maintenance tasks at various heights and supporting other team members as needed. -Learning and supporting Maintenance Mechanic duties in emergency situations. What We Are Looking For: We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will bring: -General maintenance knowledge and experience with routine facility upkeep. -High school diploma or GED. -Proficiency with hand and power tools, including hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches. -Ability to disassemble and repair equipment and use precision measuring instruments. -Strong fabrication and welding skills (preferred). -Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. -A professional attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. -Flexibility to work varied hours and perform tasks at different heights. #TO123 Work Schedule 1st shift 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity At Tosca, we believe in fostering a workplace where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
