Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests, ensuring professionalism from team
Hire, train, schedule, and lead all kitchen staff
Maintain high food quality and preparation standards for all menu items
Manage food inventory, place orders, and monitor stock rotation
Enforce health and safety regulations, including food temperatures and sanitation
Fill in as needed in kitchen roles to maintain operations
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to daily cleaning routines
Track and reduce food waste through portion control and documentation
Operate kitchen equipment, including the industrial dishwasher
Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency
Qualifications:
3-5 years of management or leadership experience in restaurant operations.
Customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
