Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms. Change linens and make beds according to established guidelines. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Must pass a background check. Skills Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques. Proficiency in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and buffing. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Weekend differential and holiday pay available.
