Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shift Location: Lincolnton, NC 28092 Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shifts Available: Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Third Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Do You Have Strong Maintenance and Mechanical Skills? We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician with proven experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair in a manufacturing environment. This is a permanent position offering competitive pay and long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Perform pre-operation equipment checks and lubrications Maintain preventive maintenance records and update logs Troubleshoot equipment issues and report to Maintenance Manager Support production operations as needed Keep shop area organized and maintain tool/supply inventory Follow safety standards and procedures at all times Required Personal Tools: Adjustable wrenches (6" & 12") Slotted screwdrivers (3/16", 5/16", 3/8") Philips screwdrivers (No. 1, 2, 3) Claw hammer, channel locks Metric & standard Allen key sets Combination wrench set (metric and standard preferred) Wire strippers/cutters, nut drivers Qualifications: Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician (or similar role) Must be available for the second or third shift Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and safety-minded with a strong work ethic Ready to take the next step in your career?
