National Customer Service Specialist MBA CSI 500 SW Gary Ormsby Drive, Topeka, KS 66619 MBA Consulting Services, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented National Customer Service Specialist to support the U.S. Postal Service at their Topeka, KS facility. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and improving the USPS's Security Lock policies, systems, and processes. You'll assist customers with ordering locks and keys, provide Tier 2 helpdesk support, and ensure accuracy in critical data files and records. Responsibilities Communicate with Postal employees and customers to share updates on systems, processes, and ordering policies. Generate reports and suggest process improvements for better management and efficiency. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance Security Lock functions. Provide technical support for ordering systems and related applications. Maintain accurate records for key returns, combination changes, and product updates. Participate in meetings to provide insights and recommendations on Security Lock programs. Support Tier 2 helpdesk operations by addressing escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2-3 years experience in customer service, helpdesk/call center operations, or materials ordering support. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and CSV files. Familiarity with MS Teams. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Ability to pass a Background Investigation, Drug Test, and provide fingerprinting to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate degree Additional Details: Location: Onsite at USPS facility, 500 Gary Ormsby Dr., Topeka, KS Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM CT.
