Tawas Bay Beach Resort is seeking an outgoing, responsible, and customer-focused Part-Time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for guests, craft beverages with precision, and ensure a clean, organized, and fun bar setting.

- Greet guests promptly and courteously

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check customer identification to verify age requirements

- Operate POS system for taking orders and processing payments

- Monitor and maintain inventory, restock supplies as needed

- Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations

- Engage with guests to create a positive and memorable experience

- Assist with bar setup and closing duties

### **Qualifications:** {#qualifications data-start="1206" end="1231"}

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance

- Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails is a plus

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
