Our Dishwasher:

• Monitors and records water temperature and sanitizer solution levels; notifies management if levels are not correct.

• Understands and observes sanitary guidelines and environmental requirements.

• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces, garbage cans, and areas in kitchen.

• Sweeps and mops kitchen; hand washes pots and pans, operates commerical size dishwasher.

• Delivers meal trays to residents who are unable to come to the dining room.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to work 3-4 shifts (4:30pm - 8pm) during the week plus every other Sat/Sun and alternating holidays 7am - 3:30pm.
• Prefer experience with kitchen organization.
• Decent communication skills in the English language (oral and written).
• Ability to occasionally assist with other kitchen duties.
