The Cook 4 - Flex position requires advanced culinary skills and a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations. This versatile role supports all culinary outlets throughout the hotel, including Pastry, Banquets, Garde Manger, LobbiBar, and Gulf & Prairie. The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary professional capable of working across all kitchen stations with minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Execute the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
Flexibly support various culinary teams and outlets, adapting to the needs of each kitchen area.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency across all kitchen stations, including hot line, cold line, pastry, and banquets.
Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen operations.
Collaborate with fellow culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain composure and efficiency in a high-paced, dynamic environment.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in line and fine dining settings.
- Proven experience working in Banquets and/or Catering is required.
- Advanced culinary knowledge and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Versatility to work across all kitchen stations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
