We're looking for a part-time receptionist/front desk coordinator to join our close-knit, upbeat team! This role is open to anyone interested in the salon industry whether you're a licensed stylist looking for a flexible position or just someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-moving environment. What We're Looking For: A positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills are a must. You'll be the first impression for our guests, so we're looking for someone warm, professional, and organized. Job Duties: Greeting guests with a friendly welcome Answering phones and responding to appointment requests Booking and canceling appointments using salon software Handling payments and gift card purchases Keeping the salon clean and tidy (laundry, sweeping, restocking) Preparing our signature beverages for guests Assisting with inventory and retail product displays Helping create a smooth experience for both clients and stylists There's always something to do which means the time flies! Bonus Points For: Familiarity with social media or a willingness to learn Cosmetology license (but not required) A team-player mindset we all pitch in when needed! Principals only.
