Job Description:
As a Server, youll be the face of our restaurant, delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to our guests. Your role will be to guide customers through our menu, ensuring that their experience is nothing short of excellent, while also maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in our fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers with a friendly, professional attitude

Present the menu, answer questions, and provide detailed descriptions of our ramen dishes and other Japanese offerings

Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system

Ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly

Provide recommendations based on customer preferences or dietary restrictions

Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors

Help with opening and closing duties, such as setting up or cleaning the restaurant

Handle payments, process transactions, and ensure a smooth checkout experience

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service

Qualifications:

Previous server experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred

A genuine passion for food and a curiosity about Japanese cuisine

Friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for long periods of time

Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
