Professional Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper (Full-Time)

We're a warm, energetic family of six seeking a full-time, live-in nanny/housekeeper to become a long-term and steady presence in our children's lives. Our four kids (ages 3, 6, 7, and 9) are bright, funny, and full of personalityeach with unique needs including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia . Our household is led by a busy founder/CEO mom who is both deeply engaged at home and managing a fast-paced career. With multiple neurodivergent children, our home is high-energy and full of lovebut requires someone who is calm, emotionally steady, and experienced with special needs households . This is not about managing aggression, but about navigating dysregulation (screaming, emotional meltdowns) with grace and confidence. This is not an entry-level nanny role we're looking for a professional, service-oriented caregiver with the skills, heart, and flexibility to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Schedule This role follows an au pair-style schedule : 45 hours per week , including weekend coverage , with one full weekend off per month and 36 hours off per week (typically two evenings and one full weekday). The schedule will vary week to week (between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM) and may include split shifts or longer continuous days, depending on family needs. A consistent schedule is provided in advance , and we prioritize ensuring personal downtime and work-life balance. You'll work as part of a collaborative childcare team , alongside a live-in au pair and long-standing local babysitter. Both parents are actively involved.
