Truist Club Inside Server

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Club Server to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. The Truist Club at Truist Park is the most exclusive and distinguished in the park. As a club server, you will demonstrate excellent work ethic, teamwork, as well as the ability to set priorities and quickly respond to changing needs within the dining room.

• Set up buffet areas and stations as per company standards
• Monitor refill cooked and cooled food items at the buffets
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
• Run food orders from the in-seat kitchen to the dining room
• Attend to guests needs for beverages, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures

• A minimum of three years of experience in hospitality, preferably in fine dining, luxury service environments
• Collaborate with other servers, kitchen, and bar staff
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed
• Excellent communication skills

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift, balance, and move food trays, weighing up to 20 pounds, for set-up, service, and clean-up
• Visual acuity and hearing are required to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of the shift; may include walking up and down stairs
