We are seeking exceptional culinary and hospitality leaders to help shape this extraordinary new chapter. At the helm of Babbo is Chef Mark Ladner, a James Beard Award winning chef who earned two Michelin stars and a four-star New York Times review as Executive Chef of Del Posto. With formative experience under legends like Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Todd English, Chef Ladner brings a rare level of craft and vision. Alongside Chef Ladners reimagined culinary program is a wine & beverage program of great depth with a wine cellar that is the home to rare gems and benchmark Italian wine producers spanning the country from north to south. As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the guest experiencecreating an immediate sense of hospitality and ensuring every visit begins with ease and professionalism. From managing reservations to warmly greeting regulars and first-time diners alike, you are essential to the flow of service and the lasting impression we leave.

Qualifications:

Poise and precision, with a natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
2+ year of experience in a busy/well rated NYT restaurant as a host or reservationist
Familiarity & experience operating OpenTable or Resy reservations systems
Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
